Introducing Our New Aero Free Foil Wings: Perfect for Beginners and Intermediate Riders. The larger sizes - 1500, 1750, and 2000 - offer stable flight, early lift, and excellent top speed for rapid progression. Meanwhile, the smaller sizes - 800, 1000, and 1250 - have already established themselves as versatile allrounders after a year in the market.
The Aero Free series falls between our Glide and Carve 2.0 ranges in terms of glide capability and maneuverability. With a slightly higher aspect ratio compared to our Carve 2.0, it boasts a distinct profile and outline designed for an excellent balance of maneuverability, glide, pumping, and overall user-friendliness.
The Aero Free is suitable for various disciplines, including Wing, Prone, SUP, and Windsurf Foiling. True to its name, this wing transcends specific disciplines and performs seamlessly in any water condition with every rider, be it Freeride, Freestyle, Freerace, Surf, or Downwind. The aspect ratio ranges from 6.0 for the larger 2000cm2 to 7.3 for the smaller 800cm2, making these front wings ideal for beginners learning the basics and experienced foilers looking to enhance their game across different conditions, from calm waters to jumps, surfing, and downwind adventures. Aero Free 800 - Speed, glide and maneuvrability in one package. This little 800 packs a lot of lift and will get you going surprisingly early for its size. Best suited to light riders or stronger wind days, the Free 800 is a lot of fun – not only for advanced wingers and Windsurf Foilers, it’s also a great wing for Prone Foiling. Aero Free 1000 - Our well proven 1000 Free offers a great combination of speed, lift and glide, covering riders between 50-95kg. Equally at ease freeriding, freestyling or riding smaller waves with a wing, the Aero Free 1000 also crosses over to Prone Foiling and Windsurf Foiling very well. Aero Free 1250 - Early take off, exciting speeds, good pump and glide. Also a great choice in smaller surf. Mid sized to heavier riders with advanced level will love the range of the 1250! Aero Free 1500 - Our new 1500 is very user-friendly and ticks all the boxes: early take off, stable flight and good pumping capabilities. You can’t go wrong with the 1500 Free. Lighter riders can learn on this wing or use it as their light wind weapon. Heavier riders will love the range of what can easily be a one wing quiver. Aero Free 1750 - A great light wind wing suited to intermediate riders in the 70 – 90kg range. Glides along effortlessly and lets you practice your tacks and gybes with full control. Our 1750 still has very decent speed for its size and coupled with our 250 C Stabilizer it’s a very fun wing to carve around. Aero Free 2000 - This one is for the big boys needing a light wind wing able to get them flying with minimum effort. Best suited to riders over 80kgs as a light wind wing, or of course any beginner wanting to get into the sport. The 2000 Free also works well to learn pumping off the dock. AERO AL MAST/FUSE
Aero AL Mast - 76cm or 86cm
Our Aero AL mast is famous for its rigidity combined with really low weight. With solid glued and screwed base plate to mast connection made in Germany and stainless steel helicoil inserts to attach the fuselage with two M8 bolts, our Aluminium setup almost feels as stiff as Carbon.
Aero AL Fuselage - 76cm
Our Aero AL Fuselages are incredibly stiff and direct and come with an optimized drag behavior and a trim which adds playfulness without compromising ease of use.
AERO SLS MAST/FUSE
Aero SLS Carbon Mast 75cm or 82cm
The stongest of our mast lineup is the Aero SLS mast! With incredibly high structural strength in both torsion and bending loads, this mast gives incredibly direct steering response even when used with wings of highest spans.
Aero Aluminium 3BS Fuselage 74cm
Changing the construction to aluminium allows us to reduce the cross section of the fuselage, and by doing so, to reduce the drag generated by the fuselage. At the same time, we are also increasing the strength, whilst only increasing the weight by 2,5%. Our AL 3BS fuselages all feature a little recess at the rear for the stabilizer to sink into and help improve the hydrodynamics.
