There are a few different valves used across different brands kites and no one pump valve will work on everything. If you match the pump brand to the kite brand you are using you cant go wrong.

The Mystic Pump comes with a small bag of adapters that will work for most major brands kites.
No. Paddle boards have a high pressure vale (HR Valve) and their pressure gauge usually start from around 10psi and upwards. Most kites need between 6 and 10 psi so a paddleboard pump gauge may not accurately read the lower pressure required for a kite.
No but they are more accurate in reading pressure and the added bonus of not pumping a kite is really nice. These also come with adaptors for most major brands.
