Delivery and Returns

Now that the UK has left the E.U. anyone buying from outside of the U.K. is liable for their country's import taxes. This is nothing new for people buying from outside of Europe but for all E.U. citizens the following info is really important.

For people in Europe what this means is that you will be charged your country's import fees when the order is ready for delivery. Each country has their own fees, and you should look into them before placing your order, but they will be roughly 20% - 25% of your order cost. 

Before BREXIT you were paying UK VAT on all items that you bought in the UK. But now, since BREXIT, you no longer pay the UK Tax so all items will be 20% cheaper than people buying in the UK. Instead, you will pay your own country's taxes when the item is ready for delivery, they will not be delivered until you have paid.

For people outside of the E.U. nothing changes – you do not pay any UK taxes (VAT) on our website and you will be liable for your own country's import tax. These fees will be charged by the courier when your order is ready for delivery. 

We have no control over these costs, and you will need to research these costs on your government website and take them into account when placing the order as the courier will not deliver your order until these are paid. 

When the courier is ready to deliver, they will get in contact for payment, if you then decide that these fees are too much you are well within your right to refuse delivery but these fees do not go away. Your item will then be returned to us, and we will have to pay the fees as well as return shipping costs, extra customs fees (for coming back into the U.K.) and admin fees. Once these fees are paid we will refund your order minus these extra costs. We will not know the exact amount we will be refunding until we have paid all fees and have the order back with us.

Delivery Times are based on standard working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, no Saturday deliveries, excluding public holidays, etc...) Orders for Next Day delivery must be made by 1pm, but please call if it is after this time as we should be able to push Next Day orders through up to 3.30pm. Next working day delivery can only apply to Mainland UK.

 

Addition costs for larger items and next day services may apply for locations such as Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, please contact us if you need any advice.

If for any reason you would like to return your item(s), they must be in their original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 30 days of the delivery date. 

We will either exchange the item, issue a full refund or a credit note on the site. Credit notes are non negotiable for transactions over 30 days. 
Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

For any wetsuit warranty you must send the suit clean and dry as we will not be able to process a wet/dirty suit! 

Any item returned to us is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging.
N.B: We operate out of a busy warehouse - we can only accept courier and postal deliveries at this address – we cannot accept items delivered by hand. 

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the customers rights to cancel the order 14 days after receiving goods.
