The Custom CBL (Carbon Basalt Laminate) is dedicated to high performance wakestyle riding. Designed with the most extreme rocker, outline, bottom shaping, and exotic materials in our line, the Custom CBL has the lockdown on performance regardless of whether you are riding with a kite or at the cable park. The Custom CBL is built with basalt fibers for excellent pop and resilience on flat water or obstacles. The Custom CBL version stays true to its core by keeping with its original progressive rocker line and finish details including 25 mm fins, and a 3D deck without a handle option.

CARBON BASALT LAMINATE The Custom CBL offers a unique layup combination that has strength properties much higher than fiberglass and better damping properties for a smooth ride. Basalt is a natural volcanic fiber which offers vibration resistance and durability while maintaining a high strength to weight ratio. Naturally mined and produced in a pure process which is absent of toxic additives. The combination of wood core, with basalt laminate and carbon strips gives the board a flex profile unique to Cabrinha and will catapult your riding to the next level.

3D molded top and bottom shape The Custom progresses with a modified bottom shape that can be ridden with or without fins.

Sintered Grind Base Compression formed for enhanced slide and durability on obstacles. Found exclusively on the Custom CBL.

Double concave with rail channels

Ultrabond PU rails A single pour liquid urethane elastomer around the entire board is the ultimate impact resistance material while helping with rebound and vibration reduction.

M6 insert blocks The same 16mm screws are used for fins, handle and foot straps.
