First of all, we hope that everybody in your community is healthy. Our thoughts are with you as we try to get through these uncertain times.

Here at King of Watersports we are working closely with our partners and maintaining customer deliveries.

We are operating with the bare minimum of employees on site, we are following the World Health Organisation and Government guidelines to health and hygiene standards, including strict social distancing.

Our delivery partners are offering contact-free delivery.

For now it’s very much business as usual.  Our staff are set up to work from home so you can still contact us by phone or on the live chat.  Our warehouse is functioning normally with orders leaving daily. The majority of our summer 2020 stock has been delivered, with the final deliveries pulled forward and arriving in the next week. 

At present all international parcel operations continue as normal, including in Italy. All depots and hubs in Europe are working as normal and we have no closures. We are seeing some reduced air capacity to destinations in the Far East, including, Japan, Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong, but at present this is only leading to 24 hour delays. (We will update should this change)

To limit the contact with hand held devices our couriers are able to sign for the delivery on your behalf so if this is a concern for you then please just ask your driver and they will oblige.  

The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff are our utmost priority, we would like to wish you and your loved ones the very best in these challenging times.

Return extensions

Our returns policy extends from 30 days to 120 days.
