CoreShield panels across the chest and back form a tough PU-coated barrier that blocks windchill, resists abrasion, and extends the life of your suit. Upgraded with Yamamoto 40 neoprene for superior stretch, while Fox Fleece Ultra – our softest, warmest lining yet – locks in heat and lasting comfort. • CoreShield: A coated layer covering the chest and back panels for warmth and protection. Its abrasion-resistant surface handles friction and helps water roll off, cutting down windchill.
• FusionFlex: A ridged knit outer fabric that channels water away for quicker drying, designed for rebound and durability.
• Waterproof stretch taping (70%): A high durable taping used inside the suit to avoid leaking and keep it flexible and warm.
• GBS (Glued Blind Stitched): Stitching method whereby the panels are first glued together and then only stitched halfway through the fabric instead of fully perforating it, which makes the seams waterproof.
• YKK Front-zip: A YKK zip, one of the best-known zipper brands, renowned for consistent quality and durability.
• Aquabarrier: A silicone print on the collarbone region that forms a barrier between the overlapping front-zip panels, preventing water from entering.
