The kite features a new hybrid bridle system, offering greater control, precise handling and a more direct connection. Riders will appreciate its crisp bar feel and consistent steering pressure, as well as its predictability across the wide wind range, whether in the low or high end.
The aspect ratio has also been slightly increased — the highest ever on a BANDIT — which optimizes airflow for smoother, more responsive turning and enhances depower efficiency. The depower system is also further refined with a focus on accessibility, allowing for a more precise positioning within the wind window.
Lighter fabrics from Brainchild ensure improved responsiveness without compromising the overall feel and performance that have made the BANDIT a legend. The overall shape, flight characteristics, and versatility remain timeless, ready to meet the needs of every rider in every discipline and every condition.

BRAINCHILD Production has developed a unique process to print materials digitally, only using Eco Solvent Ink. Printing uses four times less water compared to dyed cloths. Moreover, only white fabrics are used for the canopy, which means there is no wastage of dyed material offcuts or the issue of any material colour shortage. With PROWELD, segments are ultrasonically welded together seamlessly at one point and then glued on the back to increase the structural rigidity of the joint.
With all the segments of the leading edge welded rather than stitched, it creates a stiffer frame with better structural integrity, while also saving weight and reducing the stress on the bladder inside.
