DOME DECK AND BEVELED DECK
Reduced reverse flex and improved early planing
The 1.5 mm dome deck with continuous mono concave increases the board’s structural stiffness along its entire length. This allows the wood core to be milled thinner without sacrificing strength, resulting in a noticeable reduction in weight. The result is a lighter, more responsive board with clearly defined flex and efficient power transfer.
The 7° beveled deck reduces rail thickness, increases longitudinal edge stiffness and minimizes reverse flex on hard landings, while simultaneously improving early planing performance.

Maximum rebound for more response
For the first time, the Choice features a Triax carbon fiber composite. 30° carbon layers are combined with a unidirectional 0° carbon layer.

RAIL CHANNELS AND ANGLED FINS
Massive edge grip for Explosive Pop and takeoff
The geometry of the rail channels automatically creates a 7° fin angle of attack. The effect is most noticeable when edging hard and during pop: significantly more edge grip and explosive release from the water.

SIZE-SPECIFIC TUNING
Shape and rocker have been individually fine-tuned across all five sizes to optimally serve their respective performance focus:

134 / 136 / 138: Focus on Big Air, maximum edge grip, explosive pop
140 / 142: Additional focus on unhooked freestyle, slightly stiffer flex, more elliptical outline

Smaller sizes reduce air resistance and simplify board-off handling. Larger sizes suit freestyle riders who prefer boots.
