Technical Features

Swept-back outline
The key redesign feature is a more swept-back outline. The newly shaped wingtip curves noticeably improve recovery after jumps by creating a second lift, enhance depower capability, and result in smoother, more controlled turning.

High aspect ratio
The aspect ratio was increased from 5.1 to 5.5 – 5.9. The result: significantly more hangtime, better vertical lift, and a longer, more efficient flight path.

Steep arc
The optimized arc with a pronounced C-shape gives the kite an aggressive profile for precise steering and clean power delivery. Reinforcements and attachment points have been redesigned to save weight without sacrificing durability – perfect for intense high-wind sessions.

Durable material mix
The ERA² relies on proven premium materials like Dacron and Teijin D2. Fewer panels mean reduced weight and improved airflow over the canopy. The result is a powerful, efficient kite with long-lasting structure – built for maximum stress at peak performance.
