The Lux Kappa Serie is the freestyle oriented board of the Takoon range offering high levels of comfort. It has a new shape that allows powerful pop and soft landings.

Sizes: 134 x 40, 136 x 42
This is the perfect board for those looking for a high performance board, lively and reactive.
Each size corresponds to different weight and program; the 136 is oriented toward freestyle with its impressive grip, whereas the 134 offers a playful ride and focussed on a freestyle/freeride mix.

Tech specs
MULTI COLORS TOUGH ABS RAIL
ABS rails from snowboard construction to increase strength while ensuring a smooth ride. Totally waterproof, ABS is integrated on all our sidewall.
CARBON (LUX )
Combining wide flex with excellent tensile strength, light weight, good strength and low thermal expansion, carbon fiber ensures an explosive pop.
UV LACQUER
All our boards are treated with a graphic film resistant to shock and UV spot. It offers top of the range finish and better longevity compare to competitors.
WAKE BOTTOM SHAPE (LUX & PROSERIES)
The V double concave hull in the centre allows fast water displacement on hard landings. The channels and quad concave tips offer excellent grip for take off when jumping.
PREMIUM ACCESSORIES
Anatomical EVA pads / Footstraps with double adjustment straps / G10 Fins / 20cm spacing handle.
STIFF FLEX (LUX & PROSERIES)
A stiffer flex applies for freestyle boards, providing more pop and smooth landing.
3 STEPS ROCKER (LUX & PROSERIES)
A rocker in 3 parts stiffens the board in the centre and allows to use boots. Edging effect is maximised, landings are soft. The board is more compact and very stable.
PAULOWNIA WOOD CORE
Our twin tips are made with Paulownia wood core, recognised as the most efficient, vertically laminated for the best strength to weight ratio.
3D DECK
Cores are produced with CNC milling (Computer Numerical Control), this means that every core is true to our design.
GLASS FIBER
BIAX fiberglass laminates are set in a specific way to optimise flex and reinforcement zones. We use epoxy resin for durability.
