We achieved this by making these boards with a carbon stringer that runs the length of the board on both the top and bottom. These stringers paired with the recommended 21 PSI make the Maliko inflatable the stiffest in the world and minimize any excessive bending or unnecessary rocker caused by rider weight and produces superior speed. Overall speed and efficiency are also complemented by the Hydroslick edges which create a clean release of water off the tail. On top the Maliko inflatable also features several grab handles for easy grab-and-go racing scenarios with beach run sections. For racers who want the best possible performance with the convenience of an inflatable board, the Maliko inflatables simply can’t be beat!

Features

Double Layer Rails
Naish inflatables are built with a wide, double PVC layer on the rail. This provides great durability, increased longevity and enhanced stiffness.

Hydroslick Edges
Strategically placed material along the tail of the board creates a clean water release, reducing the wasted energy resulting from surface tension created at the tail of the board. This makes the most of the energy you produce, moving you forward faster.

Inflation Located in the Nose Area
This year all inflatable boards have the inflation point strategically positioned in the nose area. This directs users to roll their board starting from the tail to ensure that the fin box is the first to to be rolled (with a flat fold)—protecting it from being bent.

High Pressure Rated
Our boards are constructed in an all new manufacturing facility with superior glues, materials and quality control. This allows our boards to be inflated to a higher PSI (21), for unbelievable stiffness that performs more like a composite board. Adhering to the highest quality control standards in the industry, every single inflatable board is built to last.

US Fin Box
Our inflatables boards* are now delivered with US fin boxes, enabling the use of a stiffer fin and granting you the option for fin customization. All fins are equipped with a tool-less butterfly screw, Malikos come with an extra phillips head screw. *ONE and ONE Alana are equipped with the slide-on fin system

Added Deck Handles
Supporting our goal to make fun and easy-to-use products, each board in the range features strategically placed handles to improve transport. From the race handles on the Maliko to the nose and tail handles added to the Nalu, all boards are comfortable and easy to carry.

Single Carbon Stringer
Our Maliko inflatable race boards feature single carbon stringers on the top and bottom which enhance performance. They are built using the same carbon fiber that you would find in a regular composite board with one key difference. Instead of being infused with resin, they are infused with PU that can then be glued to the board. The carbon construction ensures the top skin has minimal compression or elongation resulting in the most rigid inflatable boards around. This reduces any buckling or water resistance that would typically result from bumps formed on the underside of the board without these reinforcements.
