Staying true to its roots, the Apex has been refined. The Apex has been designed to ride with footstraps and boots to enhance performance in both the Big Air and freestyle disciplines.

Compared to the Switch, the Apex features a higher rocker and stiffer more continuous flex pattern, with a new bottom shape taking channels from the Livewire combined with the Venturi concave from historical Apex models. This results in the flow of water being forced away from the fins while the subtle channels allow for great tracking and edging ability with bindings or straps.

Featuring the Multi-zone Biotech Core combined with the new Fibreglass Nano Rod Technology, this board is perfect for the rider pushing their limits with hooked and unhooked powered tricks. These features combined give the Apex amazing pop, impact resistance on hard landings and overall durability for those throwing down freestyle tricks, freeriding, or trying to beat their Big Air scores.

REFLEX GLASS
With increased stiffness and response compared to the AR Glass construction, the Reflex Glass featured on the Apex and Diamond twintips incorporates elements of torsional response technology found in our more premium and aggressive board offerings. This results in better load, pop, and landings.

MULTI-ZONE BIOTECH CORE
The Airush Multizone Biotech Construction is a vertical paulownia wood core sandwich. This multilayer construction creates a consistent density from the natural material. Our wood cores are renowned for their response, durability and smoothness, and are combined with a versatile combination of laminates depending on each model’s requirement, for all-round performance and durability.

INDEPENDENT FLEX TIPS
The Independent Flex Tips are oriented from the center to the tips, leaving the center of the tips and rail thin & flexible.

SUBTLE CHANNEL & VENTURI COMBO BOTTOM
Giving the board incredible directional stability, with both foot straps and bindings, the subtle channel and Venturi Combo bottom deck allow for more user-friendly performance.

FIBERGLASS NANO ROD TECHNOLOGY
We constantly strive to increase the kiteboards’ durability, torsional response and a refined flex pattern. After a lot of research and testing, we developed a construction to fulfill our ideals. Inserting Nano Rods into the wood core of the board result in a more durable board, while maximizing the boards' torsional flex and response.

FREERIDE/FREESTYLE CROSSOVER ROCKER
This rocker creates the perfect performance between freestyle and hardcore freestyle. The rocker line is designed to be ridden with both footstraps and bindings to cater for all riders, whether they are pushing the limits in Big Air or more wake oriented tricks.

Airush introduced FMS rating as the first brand to quantify how much a twintip flexes.
