Engineered to provide a consistent rider controlled flex and pop, the Misfit will satisfy the needs of any rider. With the addition of our precision laser cut NACA Duct channels, we took freeride performance to a whole new level. Like a vacuum, the NACA Duct channels water from the middle of the board to the tip. The directed water accelerates through the channel and increases the board speed and grip to the water. The benefits to the rider are increased edge control and reduced drag through the water. Hand built in our U.S.A. factory, the Misfit features the highest-quality and greenest materials available on the planet.

NACA DUCT channels improve performance and edge control by creating a low-drag submerged inlet that streamlines water flow while increasing board speed.

This all-wood, ultra lightweight core provides the liveliest feel ever. There is no better core material for achieving the best flex performance and durability in a board than full wood. Our wood is locally farmed from sustainable forests, that’s why we call it Columbian Gold.
ELLIPTICAL CONCAVE
Concave bottom shape designed to optimize edge-to-edge responses.
TAPERWALL™
A step-down rail delivering optimum edge control, sound handling in choppy water, bomber impact resistance and added stability at speed. From the belly of the board it tapers off in thickness acting as a molded fin when the board is on edge.
PRECISION LASER-CUT CHANNELS
As a result of our laser cutting machine (seriously, A FREAKIN’ LASER), all of our boards feature a cleaner, more precise construction. The changes help for cleaner takeoffs, smoother landings, better response and added stability.

We’ve transferred the same technology found in high durometer urethane skateboard wheels into the rail of all our boards. Our innovative manufacturing process literally infuses the rail into the board cores in one single shot, producing unrivaled dampening and durability.
