As part of Billabong's Recycler Series collection, their Revolution Invert wetsuits feature a 100% recycled inner lining, and an 80% recycled external lining. Together, these two advanced liners provide increased warmth and maximum mobility.

Recycled inner and outer laminates, twin needle self tie blind stitched external seams with triple glued and 10MM welded internal seams, a contour grip skin collar that prevents chaffing, a dislocating horizontal chest zip entry that allows for easy ins and outs, strategic paddle panels for maximum flexibility and comfort, welded internal seams, fused wrist cuffs for sealage, 3D moulded knee pads, and pre bent back knees for comfort.

Contour Grip Skin Collar
The utilization of new 3d pre-formed profiling has allowed the design team to create a collar, which molds perfectly to the contours of the human neck. The result - more comfort, less chafe.
Dislocating Horizontal Chest
While most horizontal chest zips tighten from left to right, the xero wetsuit tightens from right to left. The reversed design relieves pressure on the zip teeth for durability and creates a larger opening for easy entry.
Strategic Paddle Panels
Engineered to maximise the performance of the material, designed to stretch, fit and function for comfort and chafe free surfing.
Recycled Inner and Outer Laminates
100% of the internal lining and 80% of the external lining has been manufactured from recycled rope and clothing.

Welded Internal Seams
80% internally impact welded seam construction, a durable, flexible silicon based liquid seal to eliminate water entry through seams and provide additional strength.
