The Blade V is designed to push the Blade series to a new level. Blade V significantly raises the performance and usability of fixed 4-line big lift kites.
The Blade is and has always been the most versatilekite. Its unique characteristics have made it well suited for buggy jumping, freestyle kite landboarding, snowkiting and recreational jumping.
Stable Hooped Planform
The planform is stable, powerful and helps the kite turn smooth and fast.
Pre-Stretched Unsleeved Dyneema® Bridle
Excellent strength and low stretch properties combined with a thin diameter creates low drag for a faster kite.
Internal Cross Bracing
Internal V-ribs across the entire canopy give the kite an increased lifting area, so you get more lift out of your kite than ever before.
Chikara Canopy
We use Chikara ripstop nylon for strength, tear resistance and long-term durability.
AAA Bridle Adjuster
Alters the relationship between the main and the brake bridles so you can set the kite to suit the conditions and your riding style.

The number of cells in the kites increase as the sizes get bigger to create a cleaner profile making them faster and able to generate maximum power even in light winds.

Traction Extreme Bar
This bar has a revolutionary adjustable spinning brake line safety system. On activating the new chicken loop primary release system the leash pulls the brake lines, killing the power in the kite. The rider is left attached to the kite via the leash attached to the two brake lines. The chicken loop has a built in swivel so that the flying lines can be unspun after doing a rotation.
This control bar is rated at 350kg making it strong enough for serious traction use.
The bar comes with specifically designed thermoformed EVA grip making it comfortable on the hands but grippy when you need it.
Suitable for - Blurr, Rage, Blade and any other fixed-power 4-line traction kite.
A harness is required for use with this bar.

The development process for the ProLink Handles has taken a truly hands-on approach testing the usability and ergonomics of the handles on all levels of flier; from learners in kite schools to seasoned pros on the cutting edge.
After simulating the handle’s high-stress areas on our computer modelling software, we tested their durability to the limit by giving them to our extreme Blade kite fliers. We knew that if the handles could pass this stress test then they would survive anything a standard kite flier could ask of them! They passed with flying colours.
The ProLink 4-Line Handles feature an innovative pin system which provides a super-strong link to the leader lines, makes attaching a strop to the handles a very easy task and keeps your handle setup neat.

Pin system
The advantages of this new system include a cleaner profile, fewer tangles and improved strop management with a better steering range – all because there are fewer knots to worry about. Additionally, the pin system makes your connection to the kite stiffer, stronger and more direct.
Ergonomic design
The grip texture is breathable and constructed from a material that’s easy to hold onto in both wet and dry conditions. The handle’s profile shape maximises the spread of load on the fingertips and the shaped thumb area gives you increased force when applying the brake lines.
Handle strength
During the design process we used CAD software to simulate the high stress areas and check for sections requiring reinforcement. Once amended, these virtual prototypes were regularly turned into physical prototypes and tested to ensure the CAD simulations were accurate.
