Description

Gorilla Stedman Tail Pad Green

The Gorilla Grip Stedman tail pad is made from EVA with an Aztec groove and perforations for traction and reduced weight. This performance 1 piece pad has a copperhead arch and roundhouse wedge at the back. Through hard work, commitment and plenty of training Luke Stedman has evolved into one of the most feared and revered surfers in the world today.

Groove: Aztec
The high performing Aztec groove now features multiple layers to match the variety of pressures placed on the pad by the surfer.

Wedge: Roundhouse
Minimizes interference with water flow around the rails of the tail to reduce drag.
maximizes area for adhesion, increasing strength of kick.
Minimizes weight
Maintains a moderately high and steep kick for performance surfing.

Arch: Copperhead
3D tapered, delta-shaped arch
Designed to lock the4 foot into the back of the pad for hard turning.
Increased sensitivity when the foot is forward in a more trimming position.
