Delivery & ReturnsWe at King of Watersports want you to enjoy your purchases as soon as possible, which means we strive to dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed (subject to payment authorization and stock availability). If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as we can. As this is a big 'ole world we live in, and it's not cheap to send our awesome products to everywhere so please see below for all additional delivery prices that may apply to you.
We cannot ship Billabong, O'Neill or Rip Curl Wetsuits to Australia, New Zealand or America. Please see above for all shipping costs, there are some exceptions for items sent off mainland UK, ie Kiteboards, Kayaks and Surfboards - Surfboards 8ft & over in length, to mainland Europe will cost between £25 and £120 shipping each. Also remote destinations like N.Scotland etc... may be subject to longer delivery times & fees. Please call in for a quote first! **Mainland Europe. Charges may apply to island/remote destinations like Cyprus, parts of Greece, Malta, Canary Islands etc... ***Rest of world charges may apply to destinations like Madagascar, Japan, USA, Falkland Islands, etc… All board bags outside mainland UK will be an additional cost of between £15 and £25 shipping each. However we are lovely people and will contact you with any additional payment requests as large items will incur additional charges prior to payment being debited from your account. Exchange rates vary constantly therefore we cannot guarantee the price of an item in any other currency except GBP's, the Euro and Australian Dollar prices are an approximate. The money taken from your account will be GPB's. Delivery Times are based on standard working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, no Saturday deliveries, excluding public holidays, etc...) Orders for next day delivery must be made by 1pm, but please call if it is after this time as we should be able to push next day orders through up to 3.30pm. Next working day delivery can only apply to Mainland UK. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 14 days of the purchase date. We will either exchange the item, issue a full refund or a credit note on the site. Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns. Any item returned to us is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging. N.B: We operate out of a busy warehouse - we can only accept courier and postal deliveries at this address – we cannot accept items delivered by hand. THIS BIT IS IMPORTANT!! Upon delivery please check all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as "Damaged" and you are with your rights to refuse and ask that they are returned to the sender. If you cannot thoroughly check the goods please sign for as ‘unchecked’. It is your duty to inspect and confirm that the goods are in good condition before signing. If the goods are damaged and not singed for as such, King of Watersports cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed. Returns King Of Watersports
